In our mission to create ocVIBE, an immersive district at the heart of Anaheim, we developed a fully 360-degree immersive room. This space allows visitors to experience the future of the district in a dynamic and interactive way. Utilizing a real-time 3D Unreal application, we've enabled a fully interactive exploration of the district, mirroring the vast possibilities of its development. In addition to that, through a custom built backend, parts of the district where able to be configured and customized.

As the project's scope expanded, the necessity for rapid iteration in the district's design became evident. To address this, we devised a system that facilitates swift updates to the architectural designs. By incorporating Pixar's USD technology, along with Houdini and Python, we created a semi-automated framework. This innovation significantly reduced the time required to transition from CAD files to Unreal, from months to mere weeks.
